“廣汽豐田·2025廣州馬拉松賽”定于12月21日鳴槍，9月23日10時啟動報名。本屆廣馬承接十五運會和殘特奧會“接力棒”，以年夜灣區融會、賽事創新、綠色可持續、聰明親身經歷為焦點，借鑒前者辦賽經驗，結合升級場館與成熟運營體系，打造高水準體育盛會。
賽會所設計事延續“一江兩岸”經典路線，從河漢體育中間南廣場出私人招待所設計發，經廣州塔、獵德年夜橋等地標，跨4個行政區至海心沙，展現侘寂風廣州歷史與現代活氣。值得一提的是，起點河漢體育中間剛完成近零碳改革，玉成國首個近零碳年夜型體育場館，環場跑道及環境同步升級。
健康住宅
本屆廣馬以跑者為焦點優化服務：設多級指引與疾速通道，優化號碼布、存衣流程；關鍵節點增強標識，30公里后加密補給站。同時凸起綠色理念，發布“不存衣”服務與首屆環保跑者活動綠裝修設計；融進科技賦能，結合聰明服務與城市產業特點晉陞親身經歷。
參賽及完賽物資升級，含破三完賽服、廣州特點食物；賽道設廣府與年夜灣區文明加油點，志老屋翻新愿者供給中醫診所設計專業服務。終點服務細致，除常規設施外，為當日誕辰跑者備專屬禮物，并設美食補給區，以粵味為選手補能。
